Flaresim 3.0.5 Software

 

Flaresim 3.05 Release

Click the link below to download a zip file with the files you need to install Flaresim version 3.0.5.

Once you have downloaded the file, unzip the contents to a temporary folder and then run the setup.exe program following the instructions in the Installation.pdf file. Installation requires Administrator rights and under Windows Vista and Windows 7 UAC should be disabled. This installer will automatically upgrade earlier Flaresim 3.0 installations.

Server Files

If you use a network version of Flaresim it is necessary to update the server software to version 8.4. Once installed your existing Flaresim network license must be installed in the new server to allow you to run Flaresim.

Once you have downloaded the file, unzip the contents to a temporary folder, being sure to use the option extract the files to their original folder names. The server installation can then be started by running the setup.exe program from the Setup folder you have just created.

.Net Framework 4

Flaresim 3.0.5 will run with .Net Framework 3.5SP1 and does not require .Net Framework 4. If however you are using .Net Framework 4, Flaresim 3.0.5 will require installation of the full Microsoft .Net Framework 4 system. This includes additional components not included in the default Microsoft .Net Framework 4 Client Profile installation offered through Windows Update.
